Jack and the Emperor Dissecting Puzzle
There are the names Butterworth Heath (? & c) and page 661 on the bottom right hand corner of the puzzle. As Butterworth and Heath seem to publish children's books with other publishers during 1860 - 1880, it seem likely to have come from one of their publications. With the matching box lid it seems unlikely to be a private issue but the puzzle is made more roughly than many puzzles of the period.
The box lid shows the puzzle which is small

Jack and the Emperor - Condition - Box - damage to top of lid - has been repaired / Puzzle - missing two pieces / Box lid is the guide picture.
Postage / As postage often changes it will be provided at time of purchase. Postage will be at cost rounded up to the nearest £1.00 to cover packaging.
