This Snakes and Ladder Board is game related - but obviously aimed to teach children to be competive - losing the lead gets a snake - but hitting a winnig shot at cricket or golf send you up a ladder. The pictures are identical to an earlier version which had the action squares in black/white - but these are in color

This coffee was popular in the 1930s and was used during WWII as there was no need to add sugar. It is a simple Snakes and Ladders type game-with comments like "Go Up (18 squares) Tell Mummy to buy Bev" "Go down (24 squares) for forgetting Bev is made in the cup"
