Probaly one of the first game that was not totally an educational game.
The introduction states
"If parents who take upon themselves the pleasing task of instructing their children (or others to whom that important trust may be delegated) will cause them to stop at each character and request their attention to a few moral and judicious observations, explanatory of each character as they proceed and contrast the happiness of a virtuous and well spent life with the fatal consequences arising from vicious and immoral pursuits, this game may be rendered the most useful and amusing of any that has hitherto been offered to the public"

Condition - Human Life / Sheet - very good - no damage, just light wear / Rules on the sheet / No Slipcase

The Mount of Knowledge (1804) taught that education was a hard-fought process and good decisions would lead to “the mount of knowledge,” but bad decisions would take one back a few steps.

Players start on space one (the Horn Book) and would begin to learn their letters. On their next roll, they can move forward on the board (signifying that they learned their letters).
But, the players had to be careful what spaces they landed on as some of them signified the folly common among young students such as carelessness, truancy, and idleness.
Published and sold by W Richardson, Library, Greenwich;
Also Sold by John Harris, John Wallis and Darton, probably at different times and over a peroid of time.

Condition - Mount of Knowledge / Sheet Stained and a little grubby as per the picture. / Slipcase - Original - scuffed and faded but the Title is legible / rules lacking - but a photcopy is available and can be printed from the V&A web site, which explain every circle
