The cards are in double pack green leather box inscribed in gold with the Worshipful crest and motto.
The plain outer cardboard box is present for total protection.
Both packs of cards, complete and mint as issued, are sealed in the Tax Wrappers with cut SAMPLE cards inserted under the string.
One of the packs has a pink border and the other is light green.
The Tax Wrappers show that the cards were made by C. GOODALL & SON Ltd, Camden Town, London NW.
Under the tax wrapper, you can see the top of the light paper wrapper.
The printing on this shows that they are GOODALL'S IMPERIAL CLUB Playing Cards Manufactured by Chas. Goodall & Son Ltd, London, England.
